  • On the basis of delivery location, schedule for delivery may be altered from same day delivery to delivery within next 1 to 3 working days excluding the date of order. If any Holidays fall in between, it may be extended further.
  • 4 pm IST is the cut-off time for same day delivery including midnight orders. Orders received beyond cut-off time are normally processed for next day delivery. But if any urgent order is placed for same day delivery post cut-off time, we may try to fulfill that. A phone call for such issues would be appreciated.
  • We do our best in order to deliver items better than what is displayed on the website. But sometimes it may occur that the shown images or color of some items like flowers, cakes, sweets, cycles, refrigerators etc. is not available in our stock due to some other reason, which is beyond our control, the product delivered differs a little from the one displayed. It also varies depending on the stock availability. In such case we have the right to shift the goods of the similar or higher value keeping in mind every bit of their quality. We constantly invest our time and energy to supply our customers with the best quality merchandise.
  • We can deliver the cake only after 11 A.M as the bakeries make ready fresh baked Cakes by that time. In some cases, on the request of customer, we may procure Cake a day before delivery date and keep it in refrigerator to deliver it the next morning, but the same is not advisable.
  • No charges are applicable for delivery within the city limits. But for delivery to some remote locations beyond city limits in town or villages, we may send you a link asking for extra delivery charges if required. Order will be put on hold till we receive any update from you in 5 days-else your order will be cancelled with full amount refund and the same will be informed to you via email.
  • We can ensure delivery on scheduled date but we do not provide any assurance for delivery at any specified time. Although we try our best to match our delivery with your preferred time but we do not provide any assurance for that. Some items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and we make sure they are dispatched from our end well in time. We shoulder the responsibility of delay in dispatch from our warehouse but if the same happens at the logistic partners end then we are not responsible for that.
  • If no indication is given about the date of delivery with the order, we take it as same day order and shall process and dispatch the order within 24 hours.
  • Under some unavoidable circumstances such as floods, rains, strike or any other such reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date.
  • To register any complaint regarding the quality of the delivered product or a wrong delivery the customer/recipient needs to do so within 48 hours providing the image of the delivered product and justifying the reason for complaint. Depending on the nature of complaint, decision for refund or re-delivery may be taken, but the entire decision is shouldered by the proprietor of the website. Under no circumstances, the claim amount will be more than the full value of the ordered amount.
  • We will treat the order as delivered if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery or the receiver refuse to accept the product due to any reason. However we always try to call the customer/recipient before the delivery to avoid inconvenience.
  • Cancellation request for already placed order should come to our knowledge at least 24 hrs prior to the date of delivery. Order will be cancelled after deducting 7% of order amount towards Credit Card processing expenses. Moreover, if the customer wants any modification in order, it has to be done 1 day in advance of the date of delivery between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • You will get 100% refund of money if we are unable to deliver your order. Besides this, any other charges like loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. arising due to non-delivery; we shall not be held responsible.
  • YummyCakezAhmedabad has full authority to unconditionally refuse delivery of any order without stating any reason whatsoever to the customer. Full Refund will be initiated to the customer if we refuse the order in such unavoidable cases.
  • Prices of items subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on our website after adding the service charges, delivery charges and online transaction costs. Break-up of such components cannot be shown due to technical bindings.
  • Products such as sweets, flowers or cakes are perishable in nature. In case delivery not executed during first attempt due to insufficient or incorrect address, shipping address found locked, refuses to accept or recipient not found at home. In any of these cases, we shall regard the order as delivered and no refund would be entertained for the order. Though, we try and call the recipient to take an appointment before executing delivery.
  • In our website you will find only non-alcoholic Wines, Champagne and Sparkling Wines.
  • Respective brand owners are solely responsible for the quality of the products. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you may lodge complaint on them through us.
  • Various products sold by our website have Trademarks or Logos which belong to the respective owners or companies.
  • If due to any reason what so ever, money has not been realized against any processed/delivered order, the customer and the recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the due amount. But if the customer and the recipient refuses to pay, then we possess the authority to take legal steps in realizing the due amount. In case any Octroi or similar charges are levied by the state of the recipient, it has to be borne by the consignee.
  • It is possible that sometime extra charges like Taxes or Duties are generated by custom department of recipient’s country at the time of delivery of some international orders. Kindly note that these charges will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for non delivery in such case.
  • All the consignments are dispatched as per your order. But we take no responsibility for clearance at respective countries customs counter. It has to be done at your end.
  • All claims or issues are answerable under the authority of local court of Siliguri, India only.
  • For deliveries at Hotels, Hostels & Hospitals, POD signed by security personnel or at the reception will be considered a valid proof of delivery. However, we try our best to deliver the order to actual intended recipient. But we cannot assure that at these places due to reasons beyond our control. Further, if the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. But for some reason if the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.
  • Under any circumstances, our merchant HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring Bank from time to time.
  • All Rakhi related orders will be delivered at earliest irrespective of the mentioned delivery date.
  • "By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our notification, newsletters, communication matters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels". However, we assure that we do not share any customer data with any outside agency group.
